wow. we have been so busy...and yet, not really! and its great. sorry for neglecting to blog sooner, but geez, i have the kids everyday (but tuesday), husband is working all the time, and the computer is rarely at home when he is working. so its been difficult to find the time. but, i have some catching up to do, so here goes:
the fourth
was really fun. we watched fireworks from my moms house, and then the next night, from a hill overlooking white rock lake. it was just right, and little mama loved it. sunday we went to dads to shoot off fireworks. that was a hit with the boy but little mama hated it. (too loud?)
this past week, and all summer, we have been attending class at the museum of nature and science. which has been really fun. little mama is learning a lot about dinosaurs, and starting this week, bugs. (we are not fans of bugs, so the success of the class past this week remains to be seen!)
(here little mama is exploding her volcano, that she and daddy made. i think we have used almost an entire box of baking soda exploding the volcano since we brought it home!)
other than that, we have been playing outside, going to birthday parties, and just hanging out.
we have been spending lots of time gardening and "camping" in our living room.
